This is s good app. It does what it is supposed to do.

Audiogalaxy departed, thought oh no but these guys came through. Better interface too.

This app is a must have for me. I love that I dont have to sync all my music and I still get the same functions as if I did. You can rate music, make new playlists and have items in items updates with play counts for tracking. Just awesome and price is right!

Like many, I hoped Audiotap would replace Audio Galaxy for remotely accessing my iTunes library. Unfortunately, I havent yet been able to establish a connection. I created a static domain thats tied to my dynamic IP address at home, but I suspect that there are still some router settings that arent quite right. Ive reached out to Audiotap support twice in two weeks with no response yet. This is a relatively expensive iPhone app, so I expect better documentation and responsiveness than Ive experienced. NOT recommended for remote access. (BTW, it works as advertised in my home, which is why this is a 2-star review instead of one star.)

This app is great!! I have A majority of my playlists are based on play count. Since I usually play my music from my phone, Id still have to have some music on my phone in order to update play count. Well, I found this app and my problems were solved. I DID have some technical difficulties, though. I couldnt get it to work outside of my home network or on 3G. Well, I emailed their tech support and they walked me through the ENTIRE PROCESS!!!! Thats great customer service!! 50 stars!!!!!

This app works extremely well. Im very pleased with the coverage that I get all around my yard on Wi-Fi. It also works while Im in the car traveling out-of-state

The app should be able to find my server without my having to type in the address. My phone is already connected to my wifi with my password i shouldnt have to put this in again. I typed in the information that I could find and it still wasnt enough. You should have instructions on where to find this info. This is stupid. I want my money back. Dont buy this unless you really know your way around a computer. I mean really.

Ive waited a long time for a good music streamer. This one is great! It was easy to install the remote software on my windows computer. (The instructions were clear, with minimal steps.) The app works smoothly with my home WiFi. Though the price is high for an app; it works flawlessly for me & will be one of my most used apps! ( I have no affiliation with the makers of this app.)

Works perfectly from 32-bit iTunes. Even over 4G. I wish it worked for the PC that has all my music on it, though! Connects to and quickly browses through library on 64-bit machine, and displays artwork, but will not play any songs. Play button and scrubbing dont do anything. Theres always a blank in front of kbits/s. Same protection software, router, and network setup on both machines. Tried reinstalls of iTunes and MediaTap, port forwarding on firewalls... Everything. Hours of effort. Mediatap says the connection is visible, too. The software has become useless to me.

Tried darn near every library streaming app out there after Audiogalaxy went bye bye. Audiotap is simply the best replacement. Streams without a hitch once you get the Mediatap companion set up properly on your PC. Im using a 5s on both LTE and local WiFi and have no problems streaming 180gb of music from my desktop at home. The only downside which lost the app a star is that the volume slider at the bottom of the music player went missing. Not sure if its an iOS 7 glitch or a 4" screen glitch, but trying to get the devs to respond to e-mails, Tweets and posts on Facebook has been futile and non-existent. Hopefully they havent abandoned this great app and will release a much needed update soon.

This was the 8th and final app I tried in order to stream my home music library to my phone - both over 3g and WiFi. I already have a dedicated media server which was nice, and MediaTap (AudioTap server client) installed and with a few configurations it was ready to go in minutes. App is on the expensive side for most people but I think its worth the money. I no longer bring my iPod around and I push this media wirelessly to my car via bluetooth. I absolutely love this app. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Doesnt Work!! Do Not Buy!!

Instructions only given for Mac. Tried to make work with my PC and My Iphone 4S. Could not get server information to set up and website instruction do not match my initial startup screen of the mediatap/audiotap. Will try to get a refund

This app works better than expected with minimal glitches .. Would really enjoy updated version for iOS 7!

I Installed this app on an extra iPhone 4, got iTunes on my computer in another room, Go groove hooked to my stereo. Perfect network to phone to Bluetooth streaming. Exactly what I was looking for.

For what I need it to do, this app is perfect. It basically makes your entire iTunes library available wherever your iphone is. If you have a library larger than 25,000 songs, or a large number of Apple Lossless files, this is a much better solution for having all your music available than iTunes Match. The only issues I have are minor glitches, probably due to the fact that the app hasnt been updated for iOS7. I certainly do hope they update, because Ive finally found the best solution for having all my music on the go.

Audiotaps volume control went missing in iOS7. Fantastic app otherwise! Ill definitely update review stars once bugs are fixed.

This is a fabulous app thats almost exactly what Ive been looking for, but PLEASE update the app to disregard the word "the" in the artist field (or to follow iTunes sorting order). It is a bit annoying having to remember to look for The Beatles at the end of the "Bs", as one example.

95% perfect. Acts a bit sketchy when moving from wifi to 4G or back, a minor gripe. Sound quality is awesome and I love the fact that you can share your music with anyone who downloads the app. You need this.
