Audiotap - Music Streamer for iTunes App Reviews

Audiotap has been my go to app for dealing with a music collection that far exceeds the capacity of any iPhone or iPod available. The recent iTunes 12.2 update seems to have broken the server side (Mediatap) and Artists and Albums no longer show up. There is a work around but it is less than ideal. In MediaTaps preferences you can add your iTunes music folder as a shared folder. Then, you can access this under the "More" section of AudioTap. It will get you access to your music again but there are some annoyances- like artists whose name begin with "the" getting alphabetized in the Ts. Two emails to the company and no responses. I will gladly give them a higher rating when they fix the server app.

This used to be a great app but it no longer works properly with iTunes 12. Now you can only stream playlists, but the album and artist views dont work. Ive written to the developer about the issue, but no response, which makes me think its abandoned.

Seems the app has been abandoned a few years ago. Stopped working properly after latest iTunes update.

iTunes updates have broken the functionality of this app. I wrote to the developer and there was no response. Abandonware?

This app WAS great. Now its longer supported and doesnt work. Shame.

Am I missing something? I cant browse OR search by artist, album, song name, genre... Anything except playlist. Otherwise this app rocks. Would be 5 star but for this one major bug. Yall working on this? Or am I doing something wrong?

I am unable to view my music other than as an entire library. No playlists, no sorting by artists or albums. Emailed support twice over a week period. No response. It sounds like from some of the other reviews this issue stems from the updates in the new version of iTunes, but the app developer has not acknowledged this issue as far as I can tell. If you guys get it working again id love to be able to use the app. Until then Im asking for my $6 back.

As promised, Ive adjusted my review. The app works excellently, it just can take a while to set up properly. It can take a little patience to work the first time as well.

Its a great app, but it disconnects in the most annoying moments, sometimes it doesnt connect at all, it bothers me that I had to pay almost $5 for an app that doesnt work all the time. Also, Im not a big fan of the graphic interface.
