Cant Establish Remote Connection

Like many, I hoped Audiotap would replace Audio Galaxy for remotely accessing my iTunes library. Unfortunately, I havent yet been able to establish a connection. I created a static domain thats tied to my dynamic IP address at home, but I suspect that there are still some router settings that arent quite right. Ive reached out to Audiotap support twice in two weeks with no response yet. This is a relatively expensive iPhone app, so I expect better documentation and responsiveness than Ive experienced. NOT recommended for remote access. (BTW, it works as advertised in my home, which is why this is a 2-star review instead of one star.)
